Protein Ice Cream
Protein ice cream (make 4-5 servings)
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (or any flavor you like)
3 frozen sliced bananas
2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
In a food processor, blend the bananas, almond milk, and protein powder until it reaches a creamy consistency. In a mixing bowl or freezer container, add the walnuts and chocolate chips. Chill in the freezer for an hour.
