Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar
Makes 20 Bars
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
Topping:
3/4 cup dark chocolate
2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
Add the peanut butter and maple syrup to a medium sauce pan and stir together over medium heat until combine. Add the rolled oats and stir until oats are completely coated.
Remove from the heat and transfer the mixer to a lined 9” x 13” brownie pan. Press the mixture down to get it as leveled as you can.
In the microwave, melt the chocolate with the peanut butter and pour it over the oats. Freeze for an hour and slice them up for 20 pieces.
