Baked Goji berries squares bar (makes 16 squares)
Goji berries is a bright orange-red berries that comes from a shrub that is native to China. They are packed with many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
They have many health benefits including improving blood sugar control, helping with weight loss, fighting aging, and protecting against cancer.

1 cup Goji berries
1 cup of raw walnuts
1 cup of unsalted raw almonds
1 cup of pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup cocoa nibs
2 tbsp. coconut flour
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
In the food processor put the dates, walnuts and almonds and pulse a few times until it become a paste but still have small pieces of nuts. In a mixing bowl mix the dates nuts paste, pumpkin seeds, cocoa nibs, coconut flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt. Preheat the oven on 360 F.
Flat the mixture on a 13” x9” lined baking sheet and bake it for 20 minutes. Let it cool and cut to squares.
